ANTHONY MCCALLISTER – AIF®, J.D.
WEALTH ADVISOR, 401(k) SERVICES DIRECTOR
Anthony serves as Senior Vice-President, Wealth Advisor, and General Counsel for CapSouth, dedicating his time to both corporate retirement plans and wealth management clients. He has been with the firm since November 2006. Prior to CapSouth, he practiced law in the private sector.
Anthony graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, and in April 2001 he was admitted and authorized to practice law in all the courts of the State of Alabama, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He was later admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association. In 2007, Anthony earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Designation (AIF®) from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He also holds the 66 license and insurance licenses.
In addition to these accomplishments and a fulfilling career assisting corporate retirement plan sponsors and participants, as well as private clients, Anthony is most proud to be husband to a brilliant wife and father to four talented and beautiful children.
