MICHAEL HOLT

Michael joined CapSouth in April of 2021 and serves as a Client Service Associate. In this role, he supports advisors in helping to provide an excellent client experience.

Michael grew up in Gadsden, AL, where he and his five siblings were homeschooled. He later graduated Suma Cum Lauda from Jacksonville State University with a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish. During high school and college, Michael traveled to Canada, Costa Rica and Malaysia. Michael is passionate about serving with the local and global church in missions. He participated in The Fusion mission program in 2011 and then led a team to Malaysia the following year mentoring several students in the Way of Jesus and teaching them how to share it with others.

Michael later worked as a resident manager with the Greater Gadsden Housing Authority for two years before he took the position of Children’s Ministry Director for his church.

Michael is married to Molly, and they have two children, Lilly Ruth and Caleb Samuel. Michael and his family reside in Dothan.
